Dominique

Seen airs, the Domenica seems a bouquet of greenery launched in the medium of water to the turquoise tone of the Caribbean Sea. Seen the broad one, it seems a mountain attacked by the waves and capped clouds.
The Domenica (not to confuse with the Dominican Republic) is a West-Indian island with null another similar because of his relief.

High island of volcanic origin, with its multiple pitons and dull, its many valleys and gullies, it hangs the least cloud. With regular intervals, in particular in altitude, it flows some drops of rain there or an heavy shower or a true downpour. Then, a few minutes later, the sun remakes its appearance.

Luxuriant nature
This particular hygroscopy explains the luxuriant vegetation which covers the island. All the tropical species, in fact of grass, flowers, shrubs, of trees, seem concentrated in the Domenica.

Starting from the tops, the rainwater revolves towards the sea by many falls, broods in vegetable cover. High and spectacular, these falls carve pots in the shape of bath-tubs to fresh water.

As soon as one takes a little altitude, the paths in the underwood stream, here through the spongy carpet of humus accumulated, there among the polished volcanic rocks by the centuries.

Before gaining the sea, these innumerable rivers are transformed into peaceful rivers. It is said that one counts some 365 of them through the island. Thus check!
